Quote of the Month – July 2016

“Just as the natural environment depends on biodiversity, so the human environment depends on cultural diversity, because no one civilization encompasses all the spiritual, ethical and artistic expressions of mankind.” Jonathan Sacks

Healthy Mind, Healthy Body

Every cell in your body serves to fulfil your dreams.  Every part of you reminds you to love, serves as your teacher and speaks out to you in the form of symptoms that guide you to greater levels of awareness.  Whenever any part of your body is ‘unhealthy’, the resulting symptoms and signs reflect a conflict between your mind-body perceptions and your soul’s loving and immortal wisdom.  Symptoms and warning signs are reminders inviting you to resolve this conflict and encouraging you to release whatever illusions you cling to about your reality.

Quote of the Month – March 2013

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves:
‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’
Actually, who are you not to be?

…Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people around you won’t feel insecure.
We are all meant to shine as children do.
We are born to manifest the glory…that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically releases others.

Marianne Williamson

Quote of the Month – February 2013

February arrives cold, wet and grey, her gifts disguised for only the most discerning spirits to see. Gentle is our path.  Gratitude is the thread we weave into the fabric of our daily lives this month, giving thanks for our simply abundant lives and asking for the gift of one thing more: grateful hearts.

Quantum Leaps for Personal Development & Renewal

In this interconnected universe, every improvement we make in our private world improves the world at large for everyone.

Dr. David Hawkins – Author of Power v Force

The only real limits on what you can do or be are the limits you accept in your mind.

Brian Tracy

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Quote of the Month – March 2012

“Quantum Leaps are those moments of revelation or transformation in which an old way of seeing or experiencing yourself, other people, or the world, changes in a fundamental way. From the ashes of the old, something new arises. Inside yourself, you can tell that something has fallen into place or taken shape in a new way.”

Bill Harris – Thresholds of the Mind

Quote of the Month – February 2012

Eliminating  Limiting Beliefs About Yourself & Your Life

“Do not confuse the conditions in your life with the truth about you.  Conditions may be influential, but they are not immutable. Conditions can and do change! Circumstances may have an effect, but they are not the deciding factors in your life.  Do not allow what is going on around you to determine what comes through you.  Don not allow yourself to believe that what happens to you can in any way alter the truth about you.

You are not what happens to you.  You are how you handle what happens. You are not what is going on around you.  You are how you go through all the things going on around you.  You are not bound to or stopped by any condition or circumstance that may confront you.  You are the boundless, unlimited, unstoppable power and energy of who you believe you are.  Beyond that, nothing really matters unless you let it.

Until today, you may have believed that environment, conditions, circumstances or situations could alter, determine or change your identity.  Just for today, examine what you believe about where you are in your life to see if what you believe is in fact coming true.”
